A. 10 Unbroken Muscle Cleans @ comfortable weight; Rest 90s x 3 sets

Done @ 90lb for all sets, felt good.

B. 12 Minute AB
30s arms only
30s easy spin with legs too

Done, watts above 300 for arms only portion throughout.

C. 12 Minute Ski Erg
30s 85%
30s easy

Done, kept 85% pace a bit slower than past, probably more like actual 85%. Most sets 2:04-2:05/500m.

OTHER: Did a little back squatting again, just worked up to a pain-free max - hit 135lb this time, +20lb from the beginning of the week. 

I also started to feel out clean and snatch pulls, for now just working from the hang. Snatch is still pretty tough - just getting set up in the proper position just above the knees pulls at the glute, only did a few pulls @ 65lb. Clean went better - I can get into a good form hang position and was able to pull+hang power clean up to 155. Still not ready to pull from the floor.
