A. Ski Erg - 30s @ 80%

I adjusted the targets a bit after last week. Goals were 1050 cal/hour, 1200 cal/hour, and 900 cal/hour. Hit all targets for all 5 sets. I really am becoming a fan of the ski erg.
B. Assault Bike - 30s @ 80%
Assault Bike - 20s @ 90%
Assault Bike - 40s @ 65%
Rest 2 minutes x 5 sets
Again, adjusted goals a bit (this time down) but just a touch. Targets = 67 RPM, 75 RPM, and 55 RPM respectively. Felt overall stronger this week, even ended up being able to push the RPMs a touch higher for the last two sets (70-77-55 for both).
C. 20 Minute Z1
Done on AB.
OVERALL: All good conditioning work. Shoulder continues to improve. Also tested some deadlifts - I managed to pull 165, some discomfort but not what I'd call pain. Progress.
