GT W4D3

A. Strict Press; 1-3 Reps; rest 2:30 x 3 sets

3@90, 3@95, 2@100. Goal was 1-3 @ 105 but couldn't hit a rep. Blah. Not sure why strict press has felt harder the last couple of weeks...overall shoulder fatigue, maybe? Meh.

B1. Strict Pull Ups; 7-9 reps; rest 15s
B2. Strict HSPU; 3 reps; rest 15s
B3. Upright ring hold *hold yourself at the top of a ring dip*; 30s; rest 2 minutes x 3 sets

Done, 9 reps for pullups each set. I was worried about the HSPUs after the way strict presses went, but they were fine and totally solid.

C1. DB Pull overs; 10 reps; Rest 30s
C2. Reverse flies; 10 reps; rest 30s
C3. Ring Rows; 10 reps; rest 2 minutes x 3 sets

Done @ 40lb for pullovers and 12lb for flies.

OVERALL: Frustrated with strict press but otherwise another good deload day.
