A2. Weighted CTB Pull Ups; 5 reps; rest 2:30 x 3 sets
Done @ 28.5lb for dips and 15lb for CTB (both +2.5lb from previous). Felt solid.
B. Strict HSPU; 1.1.1.1.1.1; rest 10s/3 minutes x 3 sets
Done, no issues. No video - the gym was total chaos this AM (regular class doing shuttle sprints and some folks prepping for a comp using all the bars) so it was hard enough finding a spot to set up and totally spaced on filming. But all reps were strong, no problems or hiccups.
C1. Skull Crushers @30x1; 11 reps; rest 30s
C2. Legless Rope Climb - start at standing position and do 1 pull each arm so only 2 pulls total each rep; 2-3 reps; rest 30s
C2. Hollow body hold; 45s; rest 3 minutes x 3 sets
Done @ 20lb for skull crushers (same as previous).
OVERALL: Another solid deload day. Nothing much else to report.
Up on weight on A"s and hit all the reps on HSPU - solid day.
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear on squat progress. We will work in some sled work and higher tempo'd squatting in next cycle - should get you back into the groove fast.
