Done @ 225 (+15lbs), felt pretty strong this week.
B1. Farmer Carry; 70lbs/hand; 45s; rest 20s
B2. Front Rack KB carry; 35-44lbs/hand; 45s; rest 20s
B3. Hanging L-Hold @ comfortable height; amsap; rest 2 minutes x 3 sets
Done, 44lbs for front rack carry. L-hold = 1) 0:45, 2) 0:43, 3) 0:40. Solid sets.
C. Arms Only Assault bike; 30s on/30s off for 7 minutes
+ Rest 3 Minutes
Ski Erg; 30s on/30s off for 7 minutes
AB: Got watts up over 300 ASAP and kept them there for all sets, average watts 320-330.
Ski: Average 1:52-1:54/500m pace.
OTHER: I started testing some slow, easy squatting last week. Began with just air squats, then goblet squats building up some KB weight. Today I put the bar on my back and tried out some back squats. Worked up to 105 with NO discomfort, pain, issues at all (was carefully watched by Dana for balance/form, things were all even). At 115lb I felt the first sign of anything - it wasn't pain but I could feel the injured area straining so I cut it there. Progress at least :)
OVERALL: Happy deloading :)
