Benchmark Testing: Week 2 Day 3

Active recovery/mobility day

A. 4 mile moderate paced run

Ran with a friend/former running partner. Pace was a bit faster than I've been going (9:00 miles) but it felt good to move the legs and my back/hamstrings (which were still tight from Mon's deadlifts) have felt better since.

B. Mobility

Tons of hip openers, shoulder work, quad smashing.
