Benchmark Testing: Week 1 Day 3

Active recovery/mobility

A. EASY 30 min run

B. Mobility - stretching, banded shoulder and hip stretches

C. Sports massage - focused on left quad/hip, which has been increasingly cranky since a really shitty lunge workout about a week and a half ago. My massage therapist is very excited about all the videos I'm taking so she can see my movement patterns in action.
