GT W3D6

A. Peg Board work - low up and down, continuous for 35s; rest 60s x 11 sets

Done...barely! Those extra 5s definitely added up by the later sets. WOOF. But managed consistent and continuous movement.

B. Strict HSPU; Accumulate 10 reps @ comfortable pace; rest 90s x 4 sets (set 2 - 8 reps, set 3 - 6 reps. set 4 - 4 reps)

I'll call this mixed results but overall pretty good, especially once I realized the rest time had dropped from 2 min to 90s. Set of 10 was solid, faster than last week; set of 8 was not much faster than 10 but still solid. Set of 6, though...struggle bus, including a failed rep and took about the same as the 8. Rebounded with a strong unbroken 4 though. Clearly my stamina still needs to improve for these, but given the shorter rest, this is definitely a step in the right direction.

Results:
4 = 0:11, unbroken (video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYi8AU6mmVs)

B1, Banded face pulls; 14 reps @2222; rest 30s
B2. FLR on rings; 35s; rest 30s
B3. Banded External rotation @20x1; 12 reps ea arm; rest 90s x 5 sets

Done and done.

C1. Cuban Press w/5lbs in each hand; 12 reps; rest 30s
C2. HS hold; 35s; rest 30s
C3. Scap only push ups; 25 reps; rest 90s x 5 sets

Done, felt strong.

OVERALL: Solid day. While I was frustrated with some of the HSPUs, overall I'm super happy with the progress. My time for the first set of 10 has dropped 0:31 seconds compared to Week 1 of this cycle! Definitely feeling some of the overall fatigue of peak week, especially in the shoulders (duh) but it's been a good cycle all things considered.
