A. 10 Unbroken Muscle Cleans @ comfortable weight; Rest 90s x 3 sets
Done @ 85-90-95. Last few reps at 95 were challenging for sure to not dip under, pretty sure I could not have gotten 10 reps at anything heavier. Felt good to move a barbell though, and these are totally fine on the glute.
B. 32 Minute EMOM:
1st: BB Back Rack carry 30s
2nd: Right arm only hang off of pull up bar 8-10s
3rd: Front rack KB carry 30s
4th: Left arm only hang off of pull up bar 8-10s
Done @ 200lb for the BB carry and 44lb KBs for the front rack carry. Again did 20s for the hangs, which is pretty comfortable for me. Not the most exciting workout but feels like getting work done, so that's cool. I really focus on maintaining a strong midline on the carries.
OVERALL: Not too much to say, work put in and done :)
