GT W3D5

A1. Weighted Ring Dip; 5 reps; rest 30s
A2. Weighted CTB Pull Ups; 5 reps; rest 2:30 x 5 sets

Done @ 26lb for dips and 12.5lb for C2B (same as last week). I thought about trying to go up but figured the additional set would be enough challenge. Def the right call. Last two weeks the C2B were the harder part, for whatever reason today those felt fine but dips felt harder. But regardless got through all sets.

B. Strict HSPU; 1.1.1.1.1.1; rest 10s/3 minutes x 5 sets

Video mashup of all sets: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZCrjfHUUiM. These were pretty good. First set was a little rough in terms of form but improved from there. Last couple of reps of the 5th set were definitely hard but nothing super sticky. Really happy with how these went today! Some reps felt like I didn't get 100% "set" in terms of being locked in but still got through them strongly - it feels like are just starting to become more familiar to my body.

C1. Skull Crushers @30x1; 11 reps; rest 30s
C2. Legless Rope Climb - start at standing position and do 1 pull each arm so only 2 pulls total each rep; 2-3 reps; rest 30s
C2. Hollow body hold; 45s; rest 3 minutes x 5 sets

Done, same as last week. Skull crushers got hard by the 5th set but still solid.

OVERALL: Good day. Tested out some sled work - definitely a go though not sure where the limits would be as far as weight/duration. Tested out fairly short drags and pushes (~30 seconds) up to 145lb total load (including sled weight) - all good. Can most likely go longer and/or heavier but didn't want to push it the first time.
