Cycle 3 More Deloading

A. Snatch; accumulate 12 singles @75-80% 1RM; rest as needed btw reps

Done @ 125lb with ~45-60s rest. I went a little longer on the rest to ensure I could focus on improving technique with each rep. Warmup was a bit haggard - things definitely felt rusty and off, but as I got further into warmup things started coming together. That continued through the 12 singles - my last 3-4 reps were probably the best technique-wise. No failures, which I was very happy with given how little snatching I've done.

B. Clean; accumulate 12 singles @75-80% 1RM; rest as needed btw reps

Done @ 140lb (rounded up my 80%) with ~20-25s rest. These felt GOOD. Yes, light weight but given how rough squat cleans have felt lately I was very happy to have 140 feel super solid every.single.rep. Goal was to keep the rests shorter for these (as long as the reps stayed strong) - needed that as a mental win, if nothing else.

C. Back Squat; 5 reps @ 75%; rest 2:30 x 4 sets

Done @ 165lb. First set felt a bit harder than I expected but I may not have taken enough time after the cleans. 2nd set was better, and sets 3+4 were my best, both felt good. Yay :)

D1. Reverse Hyper @20x1; 8 reps; rest 30s
D2. Goblet jump squat @ 55lbs; 6 reps - jump as high as you can; rest 30s
D3. Feet in rings hamstring curls; 8-12 reps; rest 2 minutes x 4 sets

Done w/ 25lb for hypers and 12 reps for curls.

OVERALL: Good day, energy was steady throughout and legs felt fresher than they have in a while. Including warming up A, B, and C, that's a lot of squatting and I finished the back squats feeling good.
