Cycle 4 W3D5

[Not a good day. I've come down with a sinus thing, started with a barely there tickle in my throat and some sniffles on Thurs, still felt mostly ok Fri but woke up in the middle of the night choking on my sinuses. Still went in to train but ended up not really doing a whole lot.]

A. 10 Minute Amrap:
2 Rope climbs
10 Ski Erg calories
10 Toes to bar
15 Assault bike calories

Did this but not rapidly; the bike especially was SLOW. Rope climbs and TTB felt great...my breathing just did not. Finished 3+all but the last 5 cals.

B. 24 Minute alternating EMOM:
1st: 10 Burpees over bar 
2nd: 15s Sled push/sprint @ 200lbs
3rd: 45 Double Unders

Only made it through 4 rounds (12 min) before my breathing got gross and I called it. Did some easy Z1 on the AB and called it a day. Blah...but the right call. I usually push too much through sickness and end up with serious sinus infections that last 2+ weeks. Planning to spend the rest of the weekend on the couch and hopefully not let that happen this time.
