A. Assault Bike; 10s ALL OUT; rest 1:50 x 3 sets
Done, hit mid-90s RPM and 950 watts for top output. Glute totally fine pushing to a max effort, at least for this short duration.
B. Ski Erg - 30s @ 80%
Ski Erg - 20s @ 90%
Ski Erg - 40s @ 65%
Rest 90s x 5 sets
Done with same targets as last week (1050/1200/900), hit all for all five sets even with shorter rest.
C. Assault Bike - 30s @ 80%
Assault Bike - 20s @ 90%
Assault Bike - 40s @ 65%
Rest 90s x 5 sets
As above, done with same targets. Fell off a bit on the last set, shorter rest here was more noticeable than on the ski.
D. 20 Minute Z1
Done on 10 min on rower, 10 on AB. Glute not psyched to be on rower for an extended period of time, but that makes sense since it still gets cranky sitting for long periods (esp driving, for example).
